Action Target handled the install really well. The crew showed up on time, seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing, and there wasn’t any unnecessary drama. I had a couple of questions afterward and they got back to me quickly. They left the range clean, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. Overall, it felt like a solid, professional job.

I had a small issue after my order arrived, which was a bit annoying, but I emailed support and they got back to me quickly. To their credit, they fixed it without turning it into some drawn-out hassle. It’s nice to see a company that actually helps after they’ve already made the sale. I’d order from them again...

"Support helped, but it was a little slow"
I had to reach out to Action Target support because we were having an issue with the control panel. The person I talked with was nice, and they seemed like they actually knew the system good, so that part was a relief honestly.
The only thing was it took a couple days before I really got clear answers, and I had to explain the same details more than once, which was a bit tiring. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of not as smooth as I was hoping it would be.

"Targets held up way better than I thought"
I ordered some targets from actiontarget.com they’ve held up a lot better than I expected. We’ve used them quite a bit already, and they’re not falling apart like some others I’ve bought before. The edges still look decent and the material feels solid. At this point, I feel like they owe me an apology for making me assume they’d wear out fast. I’m happy with the durability and would probably buy them again.

"Honestly, the updates were a lifesaver"
They got back to me so fast and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I was fully prepared for a whole confusing back-and-forth nightmare, but nope, everything was clear the whole time. I was way more relieved than I probably should’ve been, but I seriously appreciated it.

"Packed well, even though I usually buy from another brand"
I’ll admit I’m loyal to another brand, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with this order. But the packaging was solid. Everything arrived clean, the box was taped up well, and there weren’t any dents or loose pieces rattling around inside. Nothing over-the-top or fancy, just packed the way it should be. Definitely made me feel better about trying something different.

The site was really easy to use. I found what I needed quickly, and I liked that the menus and little search details were where I expected them to be. Even the button labels were clear, which made the whole thing feel simple and not annoying.

"Pretty sure these are the good ones"
I don’t remember exactly what I paid for the other targets I’ve bought, but I do remember them feeling cheaper than these. These showed up looking nice and they feel a lot tougher right out of the box. I’ve used a few different kinds, and from what I can remember, these are definitely some of the better ones. No complaints from me.

"One of the parts went bad..."
One of the parts went bad after a few months, so I reached out to warranty support. It took a couple days to get a response, which wasn’t ideal, but once they got back to me they were helpful and sent out a replacement. Based on this experience, it seems like they might not be the fastest to reply, but they do stand behind their product.
